For Candidates: CSK and PSK
As a candidate, two packages work together for you. CSK (Candidate Skill Kit) controls how many jobs you can apply to and for how long. PSK (Profile Skill Kit) controls how visible your profile is when employers search our database directly. Most successful candidates use both: CSK to apply widely, PSK to be found without even applying.
For Employers: RSK, TSK, and DSK
As an employer, you have three complementary tools depending on your hiring style. RSK (Recruiter Skill Kit) lets you post jobs and wait for qualified candidates to apply — the classic approach. TSK (Talent Skill Kit) flips this around, letting you proactively search and view candidate CVs before posting anything. DSK (Direct-contact Skill Kit) goes one step further, unlocking direct phone and email so you can reach out immediately once you have found the right person.
Many employers combine all three: RSK for standing job openings, TSK to proactively browse when a role is urgent, and DSK to move fast once a strong candidate is identified.
Free Trial Tiers
Both CSK and RSK offer an entry-level tier — CSK-1 and RSK-1 — that are frequently available free for a limited time, so you can experience the platform before committing to a paid tier.
